Szilveszter Drozdik graduated as Mechanical Engineer (M.Sc) in 1994 at the University of Miskolc. Then he got a Ph.D. fellowship there from the Department of Applied Informatics, which ended in 1997. Since that he has been working as a member of the CIM Research Laboratory of the MTA SZTAKI (Computer and Automation Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences). His research topics are: OO Analysis and Design, Distributed Object Systems, MMS and Component Based Development from the CIM application point of view.
